International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
Orders placed before 2:00pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
You will receive an automated email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking information once your parcel has been collected by our courier.
All orders include a tracking number sent via email at the time of dispatch. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g. you were not home), the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting from a local depot. Parcels are typically held at the depot for 5 working days before being returned to us.
If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. An additional delivery charge may apply.
All Chatabte shipments are fully insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
You can collect your order free of charge from our Manchester store at Hardman Square. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout and choose your preferred collection date. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting.
Collection is available Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30 and Saturday 10:00–15:30.
